Sustainable Architecture

Every site carries its own unique character, and sustainable architecture embraces and celebrates these qualities. At Koskaki, our design philosophy considers the land’s topography, climate, flora, and cultural context to create buildings that blend seamlessly with their surroundings while enhancing the environment rather than competing with it.

Bata Beras

One of our eco-friendly initiatives uses Bata Beras or rice husks, a byproduct of rice milling, as building materials. Repurposed into bricks and insulation,
Bata Beras offler natural insulation, protect homes from heat and provide excellent acoustic properties. They are also resistant to termites.
This sustainable practice reduces waste and supports local farmers with additional income.
